Kebijakan Pengembalian Barang

Jangka Waktu Pengembalian

Pengembalian barang dapat dilakukan maksimal 7 hari setelah barang diterima.

Syarat Pengembalian
  • Barang dalam kondisi belum dibuka/digunakan
  • Label dan kemasan masih utuh
  • Menyertakan bukti pembelian
  • Melampirkan alasan pengembalian
Alasan Pengembalian yang Diterima
  • Barang cacat/rusak dari pabrik
  • Barang tidak sesuai pesanan
  • Expired date kurang dari 6 bulan
  • Kesalahan pengiriman
Alasan yang TIDAK Diterima
  • Berubah pikiran / tidak suka rasa
  • Kemasan rusak karena pengiriman (klaim ke kurir)
  • Sudah dibuka/digunakan

  4. Jika disetujui, barang dikirim kembali
